There are a few ways you can prevent BMS or at least lessen the severity of it. We recommend avoiding foods and drinks that contain mint, cinnamon, heavy spices, alcohol, or high levels of acidity. Additionally, it may be a good idea to switch to a toothpaste designed for sensitive teeth and to take steps to lessen your anxiety and stress.
